華閩南配集團(tuán)股份有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱華閩南配）是由原南平汽車配件廠2004年改制后成立的股份有限公司，位于福建省南平市高新區(qū)長(zhǎng)沙高新園，占地面積140畝，廠房面積約4萬平方米，注冊(cè)資本6595萬元，于2016年在新三版掛牌上市(股票代碼：835582)，擁有南平華田機(jī)械工業(yè)有限公司、南平華閩南配活塞銷有限公司、南平易勝時(shí)代科技有限公司共3家全資子公司。

公司是轎車、微型車、摩托車和輕、中、重型卡車等各類發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)活塞環(huán)、活塞、活塞銷三大類產(chǎn)品集開發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、銷售于一體的專業(yè)制造企業(yè)，產(chǎn)品種類、規(guī)格達(dá)1600多種，年產(chǎn)值2億元。公司全套引進(jìn)和消化日本NPR公司活塞環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)、制造、檢測(cè)專利技術(shù)，同時(shí)進(jìn)口日本、瑞士、德國、法國等國具有世界先進(jìn)水平的關(guān)鍵加工設(shè)備及檢測(cè)儀器，建成具有國內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平的以轎車、微型車、摩托車和輕型車、高端柴油車為重點(diǎn)的活塞環(huán)生產(chǎn)線和轎車活塞、活塞銷生產(chǎn)線。形成活塞環(huán)5000萬片、活塞500萬只、活塞銷1200萬只的年生產(chǎn)能力。產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、檢測(cè)手段、工藝裝備能力、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量均居國內(nèi)同行業(yè)前三強(qiáng)水平。

公司自行開發(fā)生產(chǎn)活塞環(huán)、活塞、活塞銷及提供整個(gè)摩擦副優(yōu)質(zhì)配合的組合件，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格齊全，性能優(yōu)越、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)以高中檔為主，為比亞迪汽車、奇瑞汽車、一汽轎車、上汽通用五菱、北汽動(dòng)力、吉利汽車、江淮汽車、長(zhǎng)城汽車、長(zhǎng)安汽車、沈陽航天三菱、東風(fēng)柳汽、重慶鑫源汽車、昌河汽車、海馬汽車、野馬汽車、力帆汽車、綿陽新晨、東安三菱、東安動(dòng)力等乘用車客戶和中國重汽集團(tuán)、山西柴油機(jī)、江淮康明斯、河北華柴、陜西北方動(dòng)力、南陽6456工廠、萊動(dòng)、江蘇常發(fā)、江蘇常柴等商用車及其它柴油機(jī)客戶長(zhǎng)期提供產(chǎn)品配套服務(wù)，同時(shí)向社會(huì)提供車輛維修配件，部分產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷國外市場(chǎng)。

Huaminnan Pai Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huaminnan Pai) is a limited liability company established after the restructuring of the original Nanping Automobile Parts Factory in 2004. It is located in Changsha High tech Park, High tech Zone, Nanping City, Fujian Province, covering an area of 140 acres, with a factory area of approximately 40000 square meters, a registered capital of 65.95 million yuan. It was listed on the New Third Edition in 2016 (stock code: 835582) and owns Nanping Huatian Machinery Industry Co., Ltd There are three wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Nanping Hua Minnan Pai Pistons Sales Co., Ltd. and Nanping Yisheng Times Technology Co., Ltd.

The company is a professional manufacturing enterprise that integrates the development, design, production, and sales of various types of engine piston rings, pistons, and piston pins, including sedans, microcars, motorcycles, and light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. The company has over 1600 product types and specifications, with an annual output value of 200 million yuan. The company has fully introduced and digested the patented technology for piston ring design, manufacturing, and testing from Japanese NPR company. At the same time, it has imported key processing equipment and testing instruments with world advanced levels from countries such as Japan, Switzerland, Germany, and France. It has built a piston ring production line and a production line for sedan pistons and piston pins, with a focus on sedans, micro cars, motorcycles, and light vehicles, as well as high-end diesel vehicles, with domestic advanced levels.
